Traditional country pub in a convenient location for the famous Waterfall Walks. It has a large area catering mainly for diners with quality home-cooked food, and a separate bar for use by hikers and for screening live rugby matches on TV. One of the changing cask ales is dispensed by a small barrel sitting on the front bar. Sunday lunches are especially popular here and booking in advance is highly recommended. The outside tables are equally popular with walkers and diners in fine weather.
